For me, life has always been about the journey—the growth and experience gained by constantly asking, 'What's next?' and 'What if?' If you're feeling confused, stuck, or unsure of how to start, I can help you find your way. Whether it's redefining life without kids at home, discovering a new direction, or exploring entrepreneurship, I offer 1:1 individual coaching to help you create a life you love. I walk alongside my clients, drawing on the skills and strategies I've learned, enhanced by the coaching tools and practices from my recent
certification training.

A Little Background...
Like my clients, I am a woman over 50, embracing my newfound freedom and opportunities as my children have grown and moved on to their own adventures. My professional journey began as a licensed landscape architect. Volunteering for five years as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for adolescent youth in foster care deeply influenced my current path. I combine the creative + logical nature of landscape architecture with the forward-looking mentorship from my CASA experience in my coaching practice, which has grown from the seeds planted (landscape reference intended!) by these experiences..
